Terms of service
Draft, pending solicitor review. This page is a placeholder while CoverTrack is in early access. It is not final and will be replaced once it has been reviewed by a solicitor. Last updated 6 October 2026.
About these terms
These draft terms will govern use of CoverTrack, a product of Rodor Technologies. CoverTrack is currently in early access. [Full terms to be drafted and reviewed by a solicitor before general availability.]
What CoverTrack does
CoverTrack helps you track insurance certificates from your vendors. It reads the documents you upload and checks them against requirements that you set, then flags possible gaps such as missing cover, low limits or upcoming expiry dates.
What CoverTrack does not do
- It does not contact insurers or brokers to confirm that a policy exists or is in force.
- It does not provide insurance, legal or other professional advice.
- It relies on the documents you upload and on automated extraction, which can contain errors. You remain responsible for deciding what cover your vendors need and whether a vendor is suitable to work for you.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload documents you are entitled to share with us.
- Keep your login details secure.
- Review any certificate CoverTrack marks as needing review before relying on it.
